I ordered this for a family trip to the lake with my in laws and all their grandkids. Not only did this item come in late, which caused us to delay our departure, it’s missing pieces. The pump (which was supposed to be included) is missing. The two reasons I purchased this specific trampoline were because it was supposed to be in on a Wednesday and it came with a pump. It came in on Saturday we were supposed to leave on Thursday and now we have no way of blowing it up. How ridiculous. Do not recommend. Will be returning.Came quick, packaged well. Will open this summer for the lake. But so far happy with purchase!So excited about this product, got for Christmas expecting shipping delays, but came sooner then expected.
