Fixed my problem. I have a Maytag Neptune washer and the fabric softener wasn't being washed out of the tray. Installed this and it fixed my problem. This is super easy to install too.Perfect, fixed the problem with little effort.Bought this because my whirlpool washer was giving trouble. Googled the issue and was advised to buy this. Worked like a charm and I avoided an expensive repair bill.Softener ( i.e. Downy) would not get added to the wash before we replaced this part, now it works perfectly.The old valve had been leaking, the new one replaced it fine (no leaks.) The only problem is now the softener will not dispense. I have checked my connection and cleaned the bowl nothing.Fast shipment, the part works perfectly for the water constantly running problem on my Maytag Neptune. Many washes later it is still working correctly.Perfect 1 to 1 fitvalve was just what we needed good price worked very well took only 10 min to install very good quality
